Some tastes are left after the departure of the one who introduced you to a certain taste.
A taste can be noticeable in a cooks handprint and remains etched in the soul of ones diner, its emotion and memory, and with that, the desire to restore and revive that taste again.
This is my personal culinary and visually journey through taste memory. By recovering dishes made by my late mother to my father.
